I just wanted to say I enjoyed my experience yesterday. It was definitely worth the drive from Puyallup out to Issaquah! And to think I almost didn’t make the drive because of the distance….:(
After dealing with ‘Vahdet’ in Renton, and the timing chain in a Versa….then on to Seattle and ‘Jesus’ and the 30 mph test drive down Seattle side streets…?????…..You were a charm to deal with. Glad I waited the 20 minutes for Jeff to not come out so we got you instead.
I honestly came out yesterday to “Look & Test Drive” only but I love my Saturn and you made the deal work!!! Sixty One years old and this is the FIRST car financed in my name ONLY!!! I have bought homes, NEW cars, etc. but when my husband passed away 3 years ago I found out “I” had NO CREDIT!!!

I am writing to thank you for the superb customer service I received at Evergreen Ford on Tuesday, July 24, 2012.
As you know, while driving on I-405 around 1PM on Tuesday, all of my dashboard gauges and radio shut down. Relieved to see that I still had steering and power, I exited the freeway and made it the short distance to Sound Ford where, almost poetically, my car died precisely at their service bay entrance. Sound Ford, however, was unable to help so, feeling stranded and in distress, I contacted AAA who came to Sound Ford with their battery service vehicle and ruled out the battery as the problem. In the meantime, I called Evergreen Ford and was put in touch with you. Immediately after speaking with you, I knew that everything was going to be ok. You indicated that if I could get my car to you, you would “have it looked at today.” then I made a second call to AAA who dispatched their tow truck and towed me from Sound Ford’s service bay door to Evergreen Ford I’n Issaquah. (In retrospect, I wish I’d snapped some photos. It’s such a strong endorsement of the excellent customer service that is characteristic of Evergreen Ford!)
You not only had my car examined right away, you also went out of your way to put me into a special loan vehicle when there were no rental cars available.
You were truly my port in a storm, Monica, and I am very grateful for you and your team at Evergreen Ford for your exceptional care.

I have been shopping for the 2012 Escape for about 2 months and going to several dealerships in the greater Puget Sound area. I found that Evergreen Ford has the best prices and no pressure. They were great to get all the rebates and did a great deal on my trade in. I really enjoyed the whole process.

Everthing about our experience at Evergreen was amazing. They have a huge selection of vehicles, a knowledgeable and polite sales staff and their finance department is perhaps the best of ANY dealership I’ve bought a vehicle from. I’ve purchased from other Ford dealers in the pacific northwest, but in my opinion Evergreen Ford is the gold standard that all dealerships should strive to emulate. I actually choose them over a previous Ford dealership that I had done business with simply because as good as the other Ford dealership was, Evergreen was twice as good, in every aspect.

Our experience at Evergreen Ford has been outstanding. We went in to test drive a truck and do some research on F150′s. I had no intention of making a purchase but found a truck that I fell in love with. Mark was able to work out a deal so that we could leave in the truck today. Good thing too as there were other buyers interested in the truck.

I just want to thank you on how your dealership handled the sale for my daughters new mustang and to Scott, i found him very honest and lived by his word. The salesperson was so helpful, and the price he offered me, despite the promise I made to not buy the first car I tried, I ended up getting a HHR for less than I thought possible. Trying to buy a 2011 Ford Explorer from these people was a futile waste of time. First they didn’t have one for me to test drive. Then – after I finally got to test drive one – they asked me to put $1000 NONREFUNDABLE deposit down on one coming in – to reserve it for myself. And this was BEFORE EVER discussing the price of the vehicle. Once they realized I wouldn’t just hand over my “nonrefundable $$$$” and buy the car for MSRP – they stopped replying to my emails. Instead their internet dept kept sending me generic emails asking if I was still interested in an Explorer. No personal communication, service or follow up whatsoever. A few weeks later – i contacted them again, expressed what had happened to Andrew Wight and he asked me to give them a second chance. Hook, line and sinker – exactly the same experience the second time around. Andrew claims he never go any of my emails and there must be a glitch in their system. Worst dealership I have EVER encountered. believe it or not guys – there are lots of places to buy a car these days. You may be just down the road from where I live – but I was able to negotiate a great deal on a car in 30 min over the internet, by email, with another dealer and I have a new car. I will tell everyone I know – not to do business with you.
